Ndando University Institute (NUI) is a dynamic higher institution committed to training competent, compassionate, and industry-ready healthcare professionals in Cameroon. The institution operates in Mokunda–Limbe II and Upstation–Bamenda, providing students with an
enabling academic environment that combines theoretical knowledge with practical clinical exposure.
NUI offers 3-year Higher National Diploma (HND) programs in several health specialties, designed to meet the growing healthcare needs of communities and healthcare institutions. The institute works in collaboration with Biaka University Institute, the Ministry of Public Health, and the Ministry of Higher Education to ensure quality training that aligns with national academic and healthcare standards.

What makes NUI unique is its strong emphasis on holistic healthcare education. Through the presence of Ndando Institute Clinic, students gain hands-on practical experience in a real clinical setting, allowing them to bridge the gap between classroom learning and patient care. In addition, NUI integrates mental health courses into its programs to equip students with knowledge and skills in emotional and psychological wellbeing, promoting a more comprehensive approach to healthcare delivery and professional practice.
